Walquiria Leguisamon, REALTOR®, is a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker (Lic. 9635229-RE-B) affiliated with Return Realty Group, Inc. She holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, the Home Finance Resource (HFR™) certification and the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) certification, and earned a B.S., Cum Laude, from Springfield College. In 2023 the City of Lynn recognized her as an Outstanding Latino – Orgullo Latino for her contributions to the Latino community.
As the creator of the Poder de Compra™ Homeownership System, she has developed a bilingual platform focused on helping clients understand the real estate process while building confidence through education and professional support.
